Hours of Operation:
Our daycare is open from 7:00am until 6:00pm; any dog(s) left in daycare after 6:15pm will be moved to our boarding facility at the owners expense. Please know, our staff goes to lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and will not allow drop off or pick up during that time.
Veterinary Care:
In order to provide a safe and healthy environment for our pet clients, the following vaccinations are required, for both boarding and daycare: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. We also require your pet to be up to date on all flea, tick, and heartworm treatments, and recommend a fecal test done within the last 6 months. No dogs with fleas or worms will be permitted to enter.
Daycare Assessments:
We screen all daycare applicants for temperament and play groups. All dogs must be at least 6 months of age and required to be spayed/neutered. We will not screen your dog for daycare prior to them being spayed/neutered. Daycare assessments are complementary and last approximately 30 to 40 minutes; however, daycare evaluations are only done by appointment only Monday thru Friday from 9am to 11am or from 1pm to 3pm.
Risks:
Our staff is highly trained and we strive to provide the safest environment; however, we cannot prevent accidents, injuries, illnesses, or changes in your pet's behavior.
Reservations:
Daycare reservations are highly encouraged; however, we can accept same day reservations on a first-come-first serve until capacity is reached. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the facility within 24 hours.
