Meet our Staff
Bethany (Facility Manager)
Bethany joined Tails R Waggin’ in April 2018 as the facility manager. With a background in the veterinary field, Bethany has been working with animals for over 10 years and has a deep passion for animal care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of her many pets.
Gina (Animal Caretaker)
Gina moved to North Carolina from Buffalo, NY in April 2016. Gina has always had a passion to work with animals and joined the Tails R Waggin' team in June of 2018. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Dave, and all of their animals.
Miranda (Animal Caretaker)
Miranda joined Tails R Waggin' in November of 2018. She is strongly passionate about working with animals and wants to pursue a career in the veterinary field someday. In her free time, she loves shopping, house decorating, spending time with her boyfriend, Tanner, and family.
Erin (Animal Caretaker)
Erin joined the Tails R Waggin' team in November of 2018. She is incredibly passionate about all things animals and hopes to one day have her own boarding/grooming facility or Veterinary practice. In Erin's free time, she loves to garden, travel and spend time with her boyfriend, Adam, and family.

FAQs
Policies and Procedures
Veterinary Care:
In order to provide a safe and healthy environment for our pet clients, the following vaccinations are required: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. We also require your pet to be up to date on all flea, tick, and heartworm treatments.
Daycare Assessments:
We screen all daycare applicants for temperament and play groups. Please contact us for further information.
Risks:
At Tails R Waggin', we strive to provide the safest environment. However, we cannot prevent accidents, injuries, illnesses, or changes in your pet's behavior. By bringing your dog to Tails R Waggin', you accept these risks and do not hold Tails R Waggin' responsible for these or any other injury that may occur.
Payments:
Payment is due in full at the time services are provided. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Returned checks will have an additional fee of $25.
Reservations:
Tails R Waggin' will accept walk-ins if we have an opening. We do highly recommend making a reservation in advance to confirm that we do have availability. If you need to cancel a reservation, please inform our staff at least 24 hours in advance.
Belongings
What to bring:
- Medications - If your dog is taking medication during their stay, please bring them in the original bottle so we can provide accurate information to a veterinarian in the event of an emergency.
- Leash - For the safety of everyone, Tails R Waggin' requires all dogs to enter and exit the facility on a leash or in a secured crate.
Optional items to bring:
- Food - Tails R Waggin' always encourages you to bring your pet's own food to help avoid digestion issues. However, we provide a dry kibble if needed. If your dog runs out of food, we will feed them our kennel kibble unless other arrangements are made.
- Bedding - We provide blankets and bedding for your pet when they board with us. You may bring your pet's favorite bedding from home if you'd like.
- Toys - Feel free to bring a few toys to make your dog feel more at home while they're boarding.
What NOT to bring:
- Bowls - We have plenty of stainless steel bowls for your pet's needs. You may bring your own bowls if your pet requires special accommodations.
- Breakable items - For the safety of everyone, please do not bring glass or fragile items.
